Grant Proposal Evaluation Support

Redwood partners with faculty during the grant proposal phase. We develop rigorous and tailored evaluation sections for the proposal. [do we want to say anything about providing outsider feedback on the narrative of the proposal?]. We support our Principal Investigators in developing a logic model that represents their proposed program.

Theory of Change Development & Logic Modeling

We engage in an iterative process of describing a program and its underlying assumptions, linking program resources and activities to short- and long-term outcomes, and evaluating these connections by soliciting a diversity of stakeholder perspectives and consulting relevant social science literature and empirical findings from studies of similar services or programs.

Formative Evaluation

Holistic assessment of fidelity of implementation and program quality to inform program improvement efforts and internal decision making. Responsive, adaptive, rapid feedback with the goal of program improvement. Strategic planning included here? Separate section?

Summative Evaluation

Sensitive assessment of program outcomes and impact to determine for whom and under what conditions the program has had an impact.

Innovative and creative evaluation methods designed to be adaptive to complex and changing program environments and to provide rapid feedback for ongoing learning and program development.
