Our Team

  • Co-founder, Executive Director, Southern California Lead

    Dr. Molly Rottapel holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, where she also earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation. Molly brings a cross-sector background spanning Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, hospitals, and community-based nonprofits.

    She specializes in using evaluation as a tool for organizational learning, development, and change—helping teams reflect on their work, adapt in real time, and build stronger strategies for the future. Her expertise includes designing and leading mixed-methods evaluations, guiding strategic planning efforts, and supporting organizations through culture transformation and leadership development.

    Molly is passionate about helping organizations become more effective and fostering fulfilling work environments for employees. She believes that lasting impact comes from strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels—relationships that enable honest dialogue, continuous improvement, and shared growth.

  • Co-founder, Executive Director, Norther California Lead

    Dr. Silvana McCormick, our leader in Norther California, holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University where she was cross-trained in social program evaluation and applied developmental psychology.

    Silvana specializes in designing and implementing responsive, collaborative, and theory-driven evaluation projects, with experience working with community-based organizations, institutions of higher education, school districts, government agencies, and private companies.

    She is passionate about helping organizations build practical, sustainable evaluation systems that make it easier to learn from their work, improve over time, and strengthen their impact.
